Charcuterie Bar

Dolce's Charcuterie services are designed to impress with a beautiful bar full of artisanal meats, cheeses, fruits and gourmet accompaniments. Each charcuterie bar is thoughtfully customized to suit your event, blending flavors and textures with an interactive centerpiece to delight every taste.

Dolce starts with Hometown Hospitality.

Talia is a Prescott native blessed with a 100 year heritage in our beautiful town. Although born here, she had the privilege of spending much of her youth traveling the world with her parents and later the country with her career. Matt is an Arizona native, Army Veteran with prior service to the community in the Fire Department, EMS & ER and has been a 20 year local to the greater Prescott Area.

Growing up, one of Talia's favorite memories of her Nonna, a stoic and complex Italian woman was how people came together in her kitchen. Often walking in as strangers and leaving as Family. It is our desire to honor her and the long history of the Maiolo Family has here in Prescott. Dolce is a love story, where we bring our community together with love, food and family,
